... I got this Eee PC 901 Linux about 4 weeks ago. It was really light weight, had super fast booting speed. Internet and other pre installed programs worked great. However, I realized that it was impossible to install any softwares or even fonts because of this customized Xandros OS. As a linux newbie it was a huge wall. I checked websites and followed numerous instructions to change the preset OS mode to the normal mode but none of the instructions actually worked. Customer service call wouldn't help me either. I had to return the product last week. I would buy this product again Only IF it comes with genuine Xandros or Ubuntu... ...
