XP is great after a glacial Vista laptop, despite the Atom this is much faster than a full-size Vista laptop we have. Get the 800 RAM, not the 667 amazon suggests, as the Asus guy recommends, as supposedly the machine can overclock itself. Don't usually write reviews but we were especially happy with this one ..."
